I found an interesting new development today involving Natali Del Conte. When Natali first left PodShow for Cnet she had to give up her show, Textra, entirely and all of the branding associated with it. It looks like Podshow repackaged what was formerly the Textra show to create a “technology news network” called TextraNetwork which includes other personalities such as Cali Lewis of GeekBrief and John Dvorak of Cranky Geeks.
It’s interesting that they repurposed the brand name. Usually branding requires unique characteristics.
